Refinery turnaround lighting and power

Hand lamps, magnetic work lights and string assemblies bring illumination to inspection and repair positions during refinery turnarounds. Portable lighting and cord sets support crews working around vessels, pipework and equipment as maintenance moves between areas.

Put light at the work

Hand lamps reach beside valves, around pipework and into internal inspection points. A magnetic work light provides a supported source beside a repair, leaving both hands available for tools.

String assemblies place several light heads along successive work positions. They suit tasks spread through an interior or around equipment, while individual lamps move with a smaller inspection or repair.

Keep the electrical setup identifiable

Cord sets carry power from the supply to lamps positioned around the work. Transformer-fed lamps have separate input and lamp-side voltages, with the transformer and light forming one electrical arrangement.

The lamp, connections and cord assembly need the location approval required for the work area. Keeping complete assemblies together also simplifies equipment issue, return and storage between turnaround shifts.
