Payment Policy
All payments are processed through PCI-compliant providers. Your card details are encrypted in transit and never stored on our servers.

1. Accepted payment methods
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- PayPal
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (where supported by your device)
- Shop Pay
- ACH / Wire transfer (for B2B orders over $2,500 — contact sales)
- Approved Net-30 terms for qualified business accounts (application required)
2. Billing & charge
Your card is authorized at checkout and charged when your order is approved and prepared for shipment. For backordered or made-to-order items, you will be informed before any charge is processed.
3. Currency
All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD).
4. Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the ship-to address and the applicable state and local tax rate. Tax-exempt buyers must submit a valid resale or exemption certificate to sales@worksitelighting.com before placing the order.
5. Fraud protection
All orders are screened by our fraud-prevention system. Orders flagged for review may require additional verification before shipping. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
6. Net terms (B2B)
Approved business customers may apply for Net-30 terms by emailing sales@worksitelighting.com. Approval requires a completed credit application and trade references. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% per month service charge.
