Product Overview

The TriCert Hand Lamp from WorkSite Lighting is a portable explosion-proof LED work light engineered for hazardous locations where certified safety, portability, and performance are mission-critical. Compact and durable at just 2.3 kg (5 lb), it delivers high-efficiency illumination trusted in Class I, II, and III Division 1 & 2 environments across the oil, gas, and chemical industries.

The two TriCert models provide glare-free lighting for inspection, maintenance and confined-space work:

• TriCert 15 — 15 W producing 2,460 lumens
• TriCert 25 — 25 W producing 4,100 lumens

Both models use a compact housing for bright, portable illumination and long-term industrial service.

Power & Voltage Options

Two universal input ranges serve different site electrical supplies:

• 12–24 V DC low-voltage models for extra safety in confined, damp, or conductive areas.
• 120–277 V AC models for connection to standard industrial mains.

Optional inline step-down transformers convert 120 V or 240 V to 12/24 V, allowing low-voltage lights to run from standard power sources. They simplify deployment on mixed-voltage sites and support the low-voltage arrangement used for safety compliance.

Construction & Protection

Designed for daily use in hazardous conditions, the TriCert features a copper-free die-cast aluminum housing with a durable epoxy coating, an impact-resistant protective cage, and IP66-rated ingress protection. It’s built to withstand vibration,
corrosion, and rough handling common in offshore, refining, and utility maintenance operations. Rated IK08 for impact resistance, the TriCert ensures dependable illumination where downtime is not an option.
