Warranty Policy
WorkSite Lighting products are backed by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Coverage periods vary by product category and are summarised below.

1. Coverage period

The coverage period begins on the date of original delivery. The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser.
2. What is covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal industrial use;
- Premature LED driver, board, or fixture failure;
- Manufacturing defects in housings, lenses, and seals.
3. What is not covered
- Damage from misuse, abuse, accident, modification, or unauthorized repair;
- Damage from improper installation, over-voltage, or use outside the product's rated environment;
- Cosmetic wear, scratches, corrosion from chemical exposure, or damage from impact;
- Consumables (bulbs, batteries, gaskets) beyond their stated coverage;
- Labor, removal, reinstallation, or freight unless explicitly authorized in advance.
4. How to file a claim
- Email warranty@worksitelighting.com with your order or invoice number, a description of the failure, photos, and the product serial number.
- Our warranty team will review the claim and respond within 3 business days with a determination and, if approved, an RMA number.
- Approved claims will be remedied — at our discretion — by repair, replacement, or refund of the defective component or unit.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkSite Lighting LLC's total liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the affected product. WorkSite Lighting LLC is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages including loss of profits, downtime, or labor costs. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
