We offer WorkSite Lighting products and products from other manufacturers. Each listing identifies the brand and model or part number offered and the specifications available for that item. Specifications, certifications, country of origin, and warranty coverage are product-specific. Please rely on the listing and supporting documentation for the exact model you are considering, and contact us before ordering if you need confirmation of suitability or a certificate. Orders and payment
Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order details. If we find a material error in a listing or price, or cannot fulfill an item, we will contact you before fulfillment. We will not substitute a different brand or model without your approval. Payment options and terms are those shown at checkout or stated in an approved written quote or invoice. Purchase orders and extended invoice terms require prior approval; business customers may apply through our Credit Application.
Shipping and delivery
Parts ship within 24 hours of the order; equipment ships within 48 hours, unless a product listing, written quote, or order confirmation states otherwise. These timeframes cover preparation and dispatch only. Carrier transit time is additional and depends on the service and destination. Orders over $1,000 qualify for free shipping. For other orders, shipping charges are calculated based on the available carrier service, shipment, and destination. The available service and charge are shown at checkout or in the written quote or order confirmation. Shipping method, carrier, and ship-from location may vary by item and destination, including for direct-ship products. Contact us before ordering if you need the ship-from location, method, charge, or timing confirmed. Carrier or availability delays may affect actual delivery.
Returns, refunds and warranty
Stock items may be requested for return within 30 days after the ship date if they meet the condition and documentation requirements in our Return Policy. Approved stock returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer pays return shipping. Special-order and non-stock items are not returnable. Returned items must be new or like-new, unused, uninstalled, unmodified, unaltered, and undamaged, unless submitted as defective under warranty. Include the original packaging when applicable, all parts and accessories, the completed RGA form, proof of purchase, and related WorkSite Lighting paperwork.
For an approved stock return, any applicable refund or credit is determined after receipt and inspection of the item and paperwork. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days after approval and issued to the original payment method; a payment provider or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. A defective item is eligible for warranty credit only if the manufacturer or its representative confirms the issue is covered. WorkSite Lighting issues customer credit after it receives credit from the manufacturer. The manufacturer's warranty terms apply.
Return Goods Authorization and shipment issues
Start every return by completing the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form and providing proof of purchase. Wait for the RGA and return instructions before shipping. Include the completed form and all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Use the return address in the instructions; the business contact address above is not a return address. Report shipping damage, shortages, or discrepancies within 5 days after receipt. Report concealed damage on UPS or FedEx deliveries within 48 hours.
Website content and trademarks
Website text, photographs, and other content may be owned by WorkSite Lighting or its licensors. Trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the products offered. Their use does not imply an authorized reseller relationship, sponsorship, or endorsement unless expressly stated for a specific product.
