Use this form to request return authorization. Enter your original order number and item details. Proof of purchase is required; after submitting this form, email the invoice or receipt to [email protected] and include “RGA” and the order number in the subject line.

WorkSite Lighting will review your request. If approved, we will send the RGA number and written return instructions, including the authorized return destination. Do not ship any item until you receive written approval and instructions. Return eligibility and fees are described in our Return Policy.
