Work lighting for outdoor events

Event crews use work lighting during load-in, equipment preparation, service calls and load-out. Portable area lights, headlamps and cord assemblies support those behind-the-scenes tasks, separate from the lighting used for the audience and event presentation.

Keep the working view separate

A portable area light illuminates a preparation table, tool station or equipment repair. A headlamp follows a crew member working with cases, connections and tools away from the main service position.

These local lights move as the crew’s work changes from setup to operation and load-out. Their working positions sit alongside equipment staging areas, temporary structures and the routes used to move cases.

Build a manageable connection route

Cord assemblies connect work lights and equipment to the available supply. Different lengths and connector arrangements serve different positions around a site, from a nearby service table to a more distant preparation area.

Rechargeable lights suit tasks away from a convenient outlet. Corded equipment relies on a compatible supply and a workable cable route; exposure to rain or wet conditions adds its own equipment requirements.
