Product details
The WorkSite Lighting 150W Rough Ready brings portable area illumination to hazardous-area maintenance, equipment inspection and shutdown work. Its 24,000-lumen output lights the task and the surrounding work position in Class I, Division 1, Groups B, C and D locations. Quadpod, ladder-bracket and portable-cart mounting options support different equipment layouts and the changing locations of maintenance work.
Visibility across the maintenance work area
Pump and valve service involves more than the component being repaired: tools, adjacent piping and the space around the equipment all remain part of the job. The Rough Ready provides area lighting for that broader work position, while its mounting options leave both hands free for the maintenance task.
Repositionable light for equipment inspection
On a process skid, a pipe or housing can cast a shadow across a flange face or fitting that needs inspection. Portable positioning allows the direction of illumination to change as the technician moves between surfaces, bringing light to the next inspection point rather than keeping illumination tied to a fixed position.
Quadpod support for extended repairs
The quadpod option provides a freestanding mounting arrangement for repairs that keep a crew at the same equipment for an extended period. During pump service or valve maintenance, the light can remain positioned to illuminate the component and nearby tools as the work progresses from inspection into repair.
Ladder-bracket mounting where floor space is tight
Closely spaced piping and equipment can leave limited room for a freestanding light at a maintenance position. The ladder-bracket option provides another mounting position for the Rough Ready, supporting illumination around the equipment while leaving room for technicians to reach the surfaces, fittings and components involved in the job.
Portable-cart lighting for turnarounds
Refinery and process-plant turnarounds often take crews from one equipment row to the next as maintenance assignments change. The portable-cart configuration supports repositioning the Rough Ready between those work areas, so its area lighting can move with the job rather than remain at the previous repair location.
150W output with distinct supply versions
The Rough Ready delivers 24,000 lumens at 150W, with a luminous efficacy of 160 lm/W. Separate 208–277VAC and 347–480VAC versions provide supply options for industrial facilities, pairing portable area illumination with electrical configurations for maintenance and inspection work at locations served by those supply ranges.
