A welding rack keeps several welding machines and their associated connections together for transport, staging and repeated use. The Rack-Pack format brings machine mounting and local power-distribution choices into the same equipment selection.
Start with the welding machines
Confirm each machine's model, mounting requirements, input supply and electrical load. The number of machines alone does not establish the required distribution capacity. Check the rack's permitted machine arrangement and handling instructions before configuring the assembly.
Identify the power arrangement
Input voltage, transformer capacity and available outlets must be stated separately. Where a voltage selector or pass-through arrangement is specified, use its exact instructions and approved configuration. Do not infer that a connector or additional rack can be linked simply because it physically fits.
Choose accessories by the work routine
Lighting, storage and cable-handling options can serve different tasks around a welding position. Confirm which accessories are included in the offered configuration and which are separate. Keep transport, lifting and service access clear in the final arrangement.
Keep approvals specific
Use the exact rack document and current equipment marking to verify enclosure, electrical and other requirements. A dated statement that certification was in progress is not evidence that a listing is complete. Compare the current welding-rack range and confirm the full ordering configuration with WorkSite Lighting.
