Eligibility for Returns

Products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

  1. Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Only new items are eligible.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
  4. Exclusions: Custom orders, special-made products, and clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products with visible signs of wear or damage caused by misuse.
  • Products not purchased directly from Worksite Lighting LLC or authorized distributors.
  • Items beyond the 30-day return window.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at support@worksitelighting.com or call us at 1-877-861-5255 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  2. Prepare Your Return:
    • Securely package the item in its original packaging.
    • Include the proof of purchase and the RMA number.
    • Clearly label the package with the return shipping address provided by our team.
  3. Ship the Return: Use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    • Return Label: Customers can download and print a return label at no cost.

Method & Fees

  • Return Methods: Returns can be made at a drop-off location, by mail, or in-store.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% of the product value may apply for returns that do not meet all eligibility requirements. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the replacement product during the RMA request process. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Worksite Lighting LLC will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please retain the packaging and contact us immediately. We may request photos of the damage to assist with the claims process.
